Organic 100% Iberico Ham

This small, family run farm located in Huelva Spain, has been certified organic for over 20 years. Here Miguel with his family raise exclusively 100% Iberian pigs and produces every year a small number of extraordinary hams and paletas. The Iberian pigs are raised free range on 700 hectares of land (more than 3 hectares per pig) and fed only with acorn and grass they will forage freely. As Carlo Petrini founder of Slow Food would put it, this is a GOOD, CLEAN and FAIR product and you can taste every bit of its goodness.
