This delightful aged wine vinegar from Passepartout is made from carefully selected Piedmontese wines. It’s gently acidified in small oak barrels, where it matures for a whole year. During this process, the wood gives the vinegar a beautiful amber color and enriches its flavour. Just a few drops are enough to enjoy its rich and perfectly balanced aroma.
