This Galateo & Friends extra virgin olive oil is made by simply pressing healthy, carefully chosen olives. It offers a full, lively flavour and a beautiful, rich golden colour. The oil is unfiltered and only undergoes occasional pouring off before bottling. If you happen to see a veil of sediments at the bottom of the bottle, it’s actually a good sign of its authenticity.
