The story of the Garofoli estate is truly a family story, built on a passion for winemaking that has been passed down through generations.

Since 1871, when Antonio Garofoli founded the winery, the family has been dedicated to running the estate, earning it recognition as one of Italy’s most renowned and respected producers. Today, after four generations, Gianfranco and Carlo Garofoli are leading the family business, with the fifth generation already beginning to step into their roles at the winery.

The Garofoli estate spans 50 hectares, with vineyards nestled in the charming communes of Montecarotto, Ancona, and Castelfidardo. From the very beginning, the Garofoli family has been guided by a philosophy that beautifully balances tradition and innovation, allowing them to craft impressive wines that have delighted both the public and critics alike.
