Since 1926 the Martelli family has been making pasta in Lari, a small town in Tuscany. Only members of the family work in the pasta factory. They combine long years of professionalism with the passion for keeping up the Italian tradition of making pasta.

Pasta Martelli is made by slowly kneading the best durum-wheat with cold water. The dough is pressed througPasta Martelli represents a genuine artisanal pasta brand, with active involvement from the Martelli family in all aspects of production.

In 2021, Pasta Martelli was selected by Bottega Veneta as a distinguished partner for their campaign, BOTTEGA FOR BOTTEGAS, among other esteemed companies. The company specializes in producing only five distinct pasta shapes, and manufacturing occurs exclusively upon receipt of orders to guarantee product freshness.

The pasta is made from carefully selected Italian wheat, which is milled by Molino Borgiali located in Calenzano, Florence. To achieve an optimal surface texture, the pasta is extruded through bronze dies and subjected to a drying process lasting 50 hours at low temperatures. A genuinely artisan pasta that beautifully showcases Italy’s rich pasta tradition.
