RISECCOLI

The Romanelli family has been linked to the Riseccoli estate since the early 1900s when Romano Romanelli happily acquired it in 1902. Today, the estate is owned by his daughter, Ilaria Romanelli, who joyfully continues the winemaking tradition her father started. She’s well supported by her French husband, Arnaud Faure, and their four wonderful sons—Nicolas, Benoit, Laurent, and Thomas Romanelli-Faure. Through their passion and dedication to preserving the family legacy and crafting exceptional wines, they’ve transformed Riseccoli into a celebrated Tuscan wine estate.

The 16 hectares of vineyards are primarily planted with Sangiovese and are spread across two charming areas near the picturesque village of Greve in Chianti. Unique natural factors contribute to this special terroir, giving Riseccoli’s wines their beautiful complexity and finesse. At the Riseccoli winery, both viticulture and winemaking are carried out with the utmost care for the environment, respecting the soil, the vineyards, and nature as a whole. The Romanelli-Faure family is always striving to produce wines that showcase vibrant fruit, along with remarkable precision, balance, elegance, and finesse.
