Since 1958, Ziccat has been a beloved name in Turin’s chocolate scene, renowned for its commitment to quality and tradition. When the current partners took over in 2014, they brought a fresh touch, seamlessly blending timeless craftsmanship with modern innovations. The workshop in Via Bardonecchia is truly a treat for the eyes—here, you can watch artisans craft pralines, gianduiotti, and bars using the finest raw materials, often selecting single-origin cocoa for an exceptional taste experience.

The gianduiotti come in a variety of delightful flavors, including dark, coffee, chilli, pistachio, and a sugar-free option. A real highlight is the new line of pralines, crafted with shapes and textures thanks to exciting 3D printing techniques, showcasing innovative flavors such as pistachio and Maldon salt with lemon, bergamot, Sarawak black pepper, and cappuccino—offering a unique and memorable experience for chocolate enthusiasts. And for those craving a pure chocolate moment, their chocolate in a cup is a must-try, served without thickeners for a authentic taste.

Besides their historic flagship, Ziccat now has four additional shops, where you can also indulge in delicious ice cream, made in collaboration with Riccardo Serra’s Tosca ice cream parlor, Master of Taste. Popular flavors include the classic Ziccat gianduiotto, as well as white chocolate with kalamansi and refreshing mango with lime.
