Colimena jarred tuna is produced in the beautiful region of Puglia. This Colimena Alalunga is carefully cooked in water with herbs, white vinegar, and lemon, using a traditional method rather than the more common steaming process. This gentle approach helps the fillet keep its fantastic flavour.
