ALALUNGA FILET IN OLIVE OIL

Colimena jarred tuna is produced in the beautiful region of Puglia. This Colimena Alalunga is carefully cooked in water with herbs, white vinegar, and lemon, using a traditional method rather than the more common steaming process. This gentle approach helps the fillet keep its fantastic flavour. Once cut, the fillets are lovingly packed into glass jars with olive oil by hand, so you can be sure of the quality and care that goes into every step.
