Sourced from vines planted in 1985 in the coolest, uppermost part of the Grasso estate in Monforte d’Alba, this 100% Chardonnay is crisp and Burgundian-inspired white peach, lemon oil and toasted hazelnut on the nose, with a textured mid-palate, chalky minerality and vibrant acidity through a clean finish. Fermented and aged for seven months in a mix of stainless steel and French oak barriques — a split approach that preserves freshness while adding textural depth.
