Colimena is a renowned producer of jarred tuna. All their tuna is cooked gently in water with herbs, white vinegar, and lemon, following a traditional method instead of the common steaming process. This helps the fillet retain its wonderful flavour. The Tonnetto Alletterato is caught in the Mediterranean Sea. After cooking, it’s carefully cut and packed into glass jars with olive oil by hand, ensuring quality and care in every step.
