CARBONARA BASE SAUCE

Customize your Carbonara by adding the ingredients you love most. This classic “basic” version from Tartuflanghe features a 20% egg yolk, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, and Pecorino Romano DOP, prepared without any added milk or cream. How to enjoy it: Simply add to your cooked pasta and stir well. This versatile base sauce lets you create your perfect Carbonara—whether it’s the traditional style with crispy guanciale, a seafood twist, vegetables, or any other favorite ingredient. It can stay warm while serving without the risk of the eggs curdling. We suggest using about 40g of sauce for 80g of pasta. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator at +4°C and enjoy within 7 days.
