Golden yellow with lushius exotic fruits, dried apricots and candied fruits notes. Long finish with elegant hints of toasted almonds, mint and wild flowers. After gentle crushing, the grape must undergoes fermentation in new oak barrels at a controlled temperature. Maturation is conducted in oak casks for approximately four months.
