Deep ruby red with cherries, currant, blackberries and cocoa notes. Round taste with a gentle tannic structure and a long finish with spicy, toasted hazelnust and liquorice flavours. Following grape crushing, a maceration period of ten to fifteen days is conducted in stainless steel vessels. Subsequently, the wine is matured for twelve months in new and first-use oak barrels.
