CIELO E TERRA

Founded in 1908, Cielo e Terra was born out of the passionate winemaking tradition of a family from the Veneto Region. The deep connection between the land (Terra) and the Cielo Family began in their humble Casa Defra vineyard nestled in Valle del Chiampo.

Today, Cielo e Terra is rooted in over 3,000 hectares of vineyards cultivated by the dedicated vine growers of the Cantine dei Colli Berici. These artisans blend modern expertise with age-old wisdom in their work.

At the winery, only grapes from the members’ own vineyards are used, and they are always supported by skilled agronomists and enologists. The team is committed to environmentally respectful practices, using only GMO-free cuttings and promoting organic viticulture to nurture and enhance natural vineyard growth.

The Berici Hills (Colli Berici), with their ancient volcanic origins, lie between Verona, Padova, and Vicenza. The region’s favorable microclimate has allowed these vineyards to flourish for generations.
